Hello guys so I'm a 21 yrs old, 136 lbs male, very skinny. I actually need to make a change due to the fact I am so weak and hardly have any muscle on. How really should I start my journey?i say neither. after you initially start off lifting weights you will get much better and start to appear improved. when you start eatting balanced nutritious fo
